Here I am stretched out in the sun on the rocks around my backyard pond. This is the most humid spot in the yard. The rocks are nice and warm and so is the sun.
I live in San Diego, CA. Most days when I am at home I get to go outside. My veterinarian said that I need to be outside at least 10 hours a week. Nothing beats natural sunlight for keeping my bones strong and keeping me healthy. I have an outside cage, but I managed to burn myself on the heat lamp, so I'm running around loose in the backyard now.
